AutoRestTest

By Georgia Tech SE Lab. Category: API testing with AI. Homepage

The AutoRestTest README describes it as an MIT-licensed open-source research tool from the Georgia Tech SE Lab for testing REST APIs. It parses an OpenAPI 3.0 specification and combines graph modelling, large language models and multi-agent reinforcement learning to generate test requests and test data. The tool runs locally through Poetry or Docker with the user's own OpenAI-compatible API key. It executes the requests itself and writes JSON reports, including server error reports.

Description written from the vendor's documentation.
