Karate Labs

By Karate Labs. Category: API testing with AI. Homepage

Karate Labs' documentation describes Karate as an open-source framework for API, UI and performance testing and mocks. Karate Agent is a commercial browser testing platform built on Karate that uses AI. In autonomous mode, an LLM drives the browser from a submitted prompt and recovers from failures. Karate Agent emits ordinary Karate tests and JavaScript flow files run by the open-source Karate runner. It runs as a self-hosted Docker container. The documentation names GitHub Actions and Jenkins for CI. An MCP server lets coding agents such as Claude Code drive the browser in interactive mode.
