Keysight's Eggplant documentation describes Eggplant as a suite for end-to-end test automation. Eggplant DAI combines directed test automation with automated exploratory testing using a model-based approach. In Eggplant Functional, Turbo Capture records mouse and keyboard actions and generates SenseTalk scripts that locate elements by image and text recognition. Eggplant Generator creates test cases from requirements documents. DAI runs in Eggplant Cloud or on-premises, and plugins exist for Azure DevOps, GitHub and Jenkins alongside a CLI and API. Keysight Technologies completed its acquisition of Eggplant on 25 June 2020.
