Standard Appium, Selenium and Playwright scripts also run on the grid, offered as SaaS or on-premises. Documented CI integrations include Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab and Azure DevOps. Appium self-healing works on SaaS only. An open-source MCP server generates Appium test projects for AI coding assistants. Digital.ai announced its acquisition of Experitest, the platform's original developer, on 16 June 2020.
